Overwatch error te-10116

it won't let me play overwatch, it just goes black and gives me a error code saying TE-10116

Hi, I having problems with the starting of my game Overwatch, the problem is that when I start the game my screen turn black and I receive a message that says this: ERROR CODE TE-205. I consult the support page and forums of Xbox but I dont find anything
about this code, I use other games to see if the problem is of my Xbox but all the other games are ok. I check the disk but is completely clean and it doesnt have any damage. I need your help because I use all the possible solutions of the support page and
it doesnt works. Thanks for reading.

Hello!

Here are two solutions from Overwatch's customer support that can help fix this error.

1. Try refreshing (restarting) your internet connection, then power cycling your conosole (hold power button down for 10 seconds until it shuts off, then restart).

2. Uninstall Overwatch then do a fresh install of the game.
