    Overwatch disc not loading


    My Overwatch game disc wont load and I was told to come make a post by support. They said that it seems that it's an issue of the recent preview updates.

    Disc not loading?

    the same is happening to me, I load cod ghost, I see the ghost face and then the screen turns black

    was it a system update or an overwatch update? if it was a system update the disc has nothing to do with it; if it was a game update the disc might be damaged and you may need to replace it.
    I believe it was an overwatch update but then why would the xbox scratch up the disc.

    Overwatch 2 is stuck in a Free Trial mode.

    If you have the original overwatch disc or that in. Only thing that worked for me

    360 disc difficulties on Xbox One.

    Thing is- is that it isn't bringing up the fact that there is a disc in at all- it's clean, has no scratches. I put in my Overwatch disc and it plays perfectly fine.

    If the GOTY edition is on disc remember your disc has to be in your Xbox, I believe you're trying to play Overwatch without the disc so the game isn't assuming you're trying to play the trial (digital download)
