Overwatch Crashes Xbox One X

For the past 4-5 months I have been trying to play Overwatch and it crashes my Xbox One X after a few minutes of activity. I have tried reaching out to support for solutions but have not found any. I have already deleted/reinstalled, cleared system cache,
reset system to default settings, etc. This is the ONLY game I have where this happens. The console is in a open and well-ventilated area. It is not overheating. I have played other more demanding games with zero problem, even right after Overwatch shuts the
console down. I am at my wit's end here and would like some help. Please read this thoroughly before suggesting the things I said I've done already. Thanks.

Hey there,

Thanks for keeping us updated. To further troubleshoot this issue, try an
Offline System Update. The OSU should rid your console of any issues that are persisting after the factory reset. This process allows you to download the latest most stable version of the Xbox Operating System and load it onto the console.

I've tried all of that multiple times and I'm not in the Insider Program anymore. We both know support is just going to say everything that's been said already and scratch their heads when it doesn't work. Thanks for the advice everyone but I'm pretty
much done with this.

Hi there,

Besides a full factory reset or re-installing the game on an external HD, or simply re-installing the game until it works, there is not much else you can try.

Is your Xbox enrolled in the
Xbox Insider program? If it is, then it's possible this is a software bug from a preview update, which are future updates that are tested to find bugs or glitches to then fix before going live.

If that does not apply in your case then all I can recommend is to contact Xbox customer support again and see what they can do since you've exhausted all troubleshooting steps.

We apologize for the frustration this has caused but rest assured we are here to help. We do however need a bit more information, what is the console connected to power supply wise (directly to the wall, power strip, extension)? Is it under power saving
or instant on? Let us know since the power input could also be a factor in the performance of the console.
