Overwatch Crash Assistance

So I tried to launch overwatch 2 days ago. But it would not launch. It put me on the Tracer loading screen and goes back to the home screen. So I tried again today and still does the same. I tried almost everything I found on the Internet that people have
posted with the same problem. I tried factory reset, cleaning the disc, trying on a different account, power cycle, trying wireless and wired internet connection, etc.. I even contacted Blizzard Support (the game company) and they could not find a solution.
My xBox and overwatch is updated up to date. Please help!

Hi! Like mentioned you should make sure your NAT status is open by adding the ports to your internet routers settings. Although it would surprise me if this would cause the game crashing. How did you reset your Xbox One? I'd recommend to do a factory reset
with keeping your games and apps (so that you don't have to install them again):

Have you tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game? The current installation you have could be corrupt, preventing launch. That's the only thing I did not see in your list of attempted troubleshooting steps.

How is the disc, by the way? Does it have scratches? After you've uninstalled the game, you can take the console offline and reinstall the base files with just the disc alone, which should effectively test whether the disc is good or not.

Also I wanted to mention that COD is not the only game that's crashing. Several other games like Rocket League, Overwatch 2, and Apex legends are experiencing the same crashes.
