Overwatch Competitive Points

Hello, as some may know the season three of overwatch just ended. I finished in the grandmaster class which gives you 3000 competitive points. When I finished the game said that I only finished in silver and only gave me 200 competitive points. What I'm
asking for isy competitive points back.

Xbox one Overwatch: In competitive Mode I keep getting kicked out of games and back to the log in screen occurs every 15-30mins (competitive games and only when my team is winning?), cannot log back into the game. I have to fully restart the game. must be

every time i play competitive match my overwatch crash and dont load back to the match and stay in an infinite loading and dont load back to match.

 

Sorry but in game issues can only be handled via the developers

 

Ok so I'm really confused. First I went to the developers, they sent me to Xbox support, and they sent me here, now your telling me no one can do anything about this.

 

The competitive points function is an in game feature that only the developers can address. As it is not a feature offered by Xbox or Xbox Live there is nothing that anyone here can help with.
