Overwatch code

Why are Xbox still advertising to buy pre paid Overwatch and get access codes , when now I've been told after buying it that because I was a day late purchasing it I can't get the beta access codes, complete and utter rip off and totally false advertising,
and it's still up in the Xbox store for sale like this what the point in pre purchase if you can't get the codes

Anyone got a trial 2 day xbox live gold code they wouldn't mind giving me?

Thanks for the code cross44, it works, I will try Overwatch. See if it is worth buying, as I do like Paladins.

If you pre-ordered Overwatch from the Xbox Store, the Overwatch Beta will be unlocked for you and not sent out as a code. Go ahead and search for 'Overwatch Beta' through the Xbox Store, which should unlock closer to 4:00 PM (May 2nd) PST to begin installing!

As advertised, users who preordered the game by April 29th you would automatically have early access to the beta. Sorry for the frustrations.

 

We're was that advertised I bought this from the Xbox store and there is no mention of April 29th there still advertising this game pre order and get beta codes with no mention of April 29th
