Overwatch can't launch or install

    Overwatch can't launch or install


    Upon trying to launch the game, I get kicked back to the home screen. I tried restarting internet, power cycling, etc. but nothing fixed it. I ended up trying to uninstall and reinstall, but it won't even let me start the installation. It is not an issue
    with my connection, as I have no problems installing other games and connecting to Live. Error code 0x80070570

    Installation problem

    I keep getting error code (0x80070570) whenever I try installing Overwatch. It said Overwatch was corrupt and to uninstall then install again. I uninstalled it and now I can't install it again. I bought Overwatch from the store not on disc.

    I tried searching the error code but it's apparently a 360 code even though this is on Xbox one. If someone can help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

    Get serious prob with unknow report code

    When i launch my console i can't login to my account, i can't launch any apps or games and i can't even acces to the parameters. I have the following error code:

    When i launch a cd game 0x80010108

    An install game or app or the parameters: 0x800401fd

    I hope someone could help me, thanks

    Sorry to hear about the issue with Overwatch not installing or launching. Is your Xbox One console up to date?

    Here's how to check

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Select Settings and the All settings.

    3. Select System and then click on Updates.

    If there is an available update, you'll see an option that states "Console update available" clicking on that will begin the update process. More details on Xbox One console updates

    Aside from that, if this is a disc based game. Have you tried to install the game while the console is disconnected from Xbox Live and the Internet?

    Hey ManDanMan -

    Sorry to hear about the issue. What troubleshooting steps did you try already? Here's the steps I recommend trying, maybe there's something here you haven't tried yet.

    1. Power Cycle your Xbox One console.
    2. Uninstall the game, power cycle, then reinstall
    3. Uninstall the game,
      factory reset       your Xbox One using the "keep my games and apps" option.
    4. Full factory reset.
    If you haven't done some of those, please try everything and let us know if the issue persists.
