Overwatch Beta missing friend access key

I preorded the Overwatch pre-release on 27 April to get the early access beta. I can play the game just fine, however I never received the friend access key to give to my buddy. I've looked through all my XBOX messages and e-mails and I can't find it. Customer
Support said to post issue here to get it resolved. Thanks very much in advance!

Haven't received the spare Overwatch beta key for preordering

I preordered overwatch to get access into the overwatch beta and have not received the spare beta key you get for a friend. The key was, at the latest, supposed to get here yesterday.

Xbox support sent me to this forum for help. Thank you

Overwatch friend early access beta key

I was told by phone support to make a post here since i was not able to access the early access beta without using the one beta key that was sent to me so i dont have one to use for a friend. I need assistance either with another key or removing the key
from my account so i can give it to a friend and give my account access to the beta without using the key

Overwatch does NOT come with 2 codes unless you buy from a retailer. I'm in the early access. If you purchased on or before the 29th your account is flagged for the download. See the link I posted with info on the beta. You only get 1 key which is your
friend key from Xbox IF you purchased on your console or online from Xbox. If you bought it from a retailer check with them for where your codes are.

Q. How do I get early access to the Open Beta if I previously preordered or pre-purchased at a participating retail store, but didn't get an early access key?

A. If you previously pre-purchased or preordered Overwatch at a participating retailer, contact your store to find out how to receive your early access keys.

Q. How will I receive my early access keys if I pre-purchased from the PlayStation or Xbox Store?

A. If you digitally pre-purchased Overwatch from the PlayStation Store or the Xbox Store, your PSN or XBL account will be automatically flagged for early access. Your friend's early access key will be distributed to you on or before May 2.

No one here in the forums can do that for you as it involves your account which only Xbox Support has access to. All you can hope is that someone has a spare key they can give you. You could also try posting on the Overwatch forums to see if anyone has a
spare code there.

As a pre-order of Overwatch to get in the Beta you simply had to go to the Overwatch Beta and "BUY" the Beta. It was a zero cost purchase for your account. I know this doesn't help you now but that is how it was/should have been done.

If you pre-ordered Overwatch from the Xbox Store, the Overwatch Beta was unlocked in the Xbox Store before the beta began. If you have already pre-ordered, go ahead and search for 'Overwatch Beta' through the Xbox Store to begin installing! For more information,
