Overwatch Beta Early Access Issues

So I have purchased the Overwatch: Origins Edition through the Xbox Store. I was promised early access through my account as well as an early access code for a friend. Not only am I not able to download the beta, but I also do not have the code for my
friend. I know that you should be able to download it as two of my friends, one who pre-ordered the game and one who used a code, have already started their downloads. I am currently worried, as if this issue is not resolved in time the value of this early
access might be diminished. I have talked to a representative through the phone and through the chat and both have mentioned that I should go here, so I did. Thanks.

I preordered Overwatch but still haven't received a code for the early access beta

I preordered Overwatch on April 27 but I still haven't received an early access beta code.

Pre-purchasing the Xbox One version of Overwatch: Origins Edition digitally through Xbox Store, and you'll automatically be flagged for early access to the Open Beta on your console.

Before the Open Beta early-access period begins, you’ll also receive one additional early-access key (valid only for the same platform).

I also know that I should have access because multiple representatives have checked and my account is flagged for early access.

 

If you pre-ordered Overwatch from the Xbox Store, the Overwatch Beta will be unlocked in the Xbox Store. If you have already pre-ordered, go ahead and search for 'Overwatch Beta' through the Xbox Store to begin installing! For more information, please
