Overwatch Beta and In-Game items

I was asked by support to post here about not getting a beta code.

The original issue is that I purchased the game on a credit card. I called and canceled as I was intending to redeem a gift card for the purchase. Since that time I have been unable to purchase the game again in either the web interface or on the Xbox One
console store, as it says I already own it. I am more than willing to pay again, as I was refunded, but I want to make sure I get my in-game items.

Overwatch - Origins Edition - No "in game goodies"

Hey, Prime Iron! Overwatch isn't in Beta on the Xbox yet, and it only was on the PC. Any issues with in-game items in the Beta of the game will need to be directed to

No Overwatch beta key after pre-purchase.

Just read some of the responses on Overwatch beta questions. I have searched at the store and still don't see "Overwatch Beta" in the results. I just see 3 items, the pre-order bundle, the normal version and the "skin" bonus thing.

Please provide a different answer than what I saw on other posts (unless you triggered something and my search changes). Cheers!

That's super odd that it's showing that you own the game. Can you try removing your profile from the Xbox One and then add it back to see if there's any change? If you're still having trouble making the purchase let's get you in contact with
Phone/Chat support to look into your license for the game.

 

The chat support is who asked me to post here. As far as reloading the account on my Xbox, this has been done several times. Also, as I pointed out to the chat support tech, the issue seems to be something on the MS end of things, not client side. The game
shows as purchased on both of my Xbox Ones and the web interface on any browser from any PC I have tried. To me, this means there is something wrong or a flag not set correctly in a central database somewhere.
