Overwatch 2 Error

When did the issue start to occur?
Are you using an Xbox Series X/S console?
Do you have connection issues with your other Xbox games or it's only happening to Overwatch 2?

Based on the error, it seems to be a server access issue. I would recommend that you reset your modem/router by turning it off and then unplug it from its power source for few minutes before turning it back on.

Also, power cycle your Xbox console. Press and hold the Xbox power button for 10 sec until it turns off. Unplug it from the power source for few minutes. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

Here are two solutions from Overwatch's customer support that can help fix this error.

1. Try refreshing (restarting) your internet connection, then power cycling your conosole (hold power button down for 10 seconds until it shuts off, then restart).

2. Uninstall Overwatch then do a fresh install of the game.

The error code you are getting with Overwatch is an Overwatch error code. Try rebooting the network hardware. Once the hardware back up then try the game.

If you started the Overwatch 2 Game without taking advantage of the merge option, is there a way to merge now? Was it only offered that one time? Is the merge still possible to be able to get the skins from Overwatch 1 moved over to Overwatch 2?
