Overwatch £10 dearer from Microsoft

Bit annoyed as the free trial starts today for Overreach but you can only transfer the game data if you then go on to buy from Microsoft which is £24.99 and only £15 everywhere else ,

Hi, Sorry, but you are wrong about that, you can transfer your data to the full version no matter where you purchase the game from. It's the same game, and has the same updates. It doesn't matter if you purchase the disc or the digital version, the saved
data will always work with it.

 

I've just asked the question on microsoft web chat and had a long live web chat with someone about 15 minutes ago who told me I had to buy the digital version from Microsoft for it to transfer, so If what you are telling me is true that's good then,

Your save data would work on any version of the game. Either digital direct from the xbox store or if you had the disc version

The web chat person told me totally wrong info, It would be a lot easier if Microsoft reduce the price to be inline with GAME and Argos ??

 

Prices are largely set by the publishers and not Microsoft. So prices typically remain at MSRP as long as possible. Retailers only have to cover their costs, so they are able to drop their prices quicker.
