Overturn suspension from 7 years ago

You would have had to submit a case review back when the ban was first given. The enforcement team will not review a case that is more than 12 months old.

Just a question, how do you post on these forums? I've been trying to post about a question I have about Xbox Live.

You would have had to contact the enforcement team at the time of the suspension in order to see if they could have overturned the suspension. Since it's been over a year, there would no longer be a way to contact them regarding the suspension. If you've
never signed up for the Ambassador program, you would still be able to join since the suspension too place over a year ago.

If you received a suspension before trying to join the program, you would need to wait 1 year from your last suspension. You can check when your last suspension was at http://enforcement.xbox.com

If you were an Ambassador and received a suspension, you would not be eligible to rejoin the program unless you submitted a case review and the enforcement team overturned their decision. If that is the case, you would need email xboxambs @ microsoft.com
(remove the spaces) to speak to Ambassador staff. If the suspension was not overturned, you would not be eligible to rejoin the program.
