    Hi, having purchased the Override 2 Ultraman Edition there was a redeem code that was for both the Season pass and the Ultraman cosmetic pack. The redeem code has awarded ONLY the cosmetic pack and not the season pass and will not allow further use

    Need to speak with someone about a refund, bought a game twice, requested a refund and came back negative...

    As far as the store is concerned, they're still seen as 2 separate purchases even though the deluxe edition includes the standard edition. So it wouldn't override anything.

    As far as the email, yes, just explain the situation and why you want the refund. There's still no guarantee they will give it though.

    Not 100% sure but I doubt it, if you try and go wireless with an ethernet plugged in it won't allow you.



    Edit, What I mean is the one seems to override the other, I would try and borrow an adapter first.

    This problem still has not been addressed (almost 2 years later). The ad overrides the volume controls and screams at the player! It is way, way louder than the game volume.
