    Overpaid XBL Engineers don't do enough to prevent "Bricking."


    So my games crash after 10 seconds of load. I can click back into them and it will continue to load for 10 seconds then kick me back to the dash board. The same with my apps. I can't do anything on my Xbox right now. I'm sorry, but Xbox Live has
    overpaid engineers who don't go above and beyond to prevent Bricking. This "Bricking" problem needs to be resolved permanently, it should have happened LONG AGO. How have you not tested a permanent resolution to "Bricking?"

    I debated selling mine but decided I'm a big enough nerd I'd rather have the day one achievement and controller. I even overpaid for XBL to get the day one packaged XBL card with my console lol.

    There are a few known issues with xbox live at the moment that sounds similar to yours and MS engineers are investigating as per the link below, in the mean time you may wish to try changing the console to offline mode to see if that helps but I don't know
    how this affects game saves.

    I wrote this post before Christmas, and look!! The same issue again. Oh and if Microsoft cares enough, they will create a "Synthetic Xbox Live" where anyone accessing XBL has to have the specific MAC address (or form of ID) for that particular Xbox to
    sign in. While all the fake users generated by Phantom and Lizard squad get routed to servers that mimiick Xbox Live, but kick off the fake users. Think of those servers rinse and repeating all day, every day. It's possible to do this, but is Microsoft
    committed to the customer enough? Do they gross a *** ton of money annually to afford this protection? YES, let's go, chop chop.

    ^^ Another thing they also need to do is completely separate the Xbox Live from all activity from the consoles unless the game or chat is required. Here, apps like Netflix, YouTube, and like applications should never use Xbox Live. Having the separation
    allows the Xbox Live to be disabled completely, while leaving online streaming and activity like that accessible.

    The Xbox One, in my opinion is too dependent upon the Xbox Live service. Everything it seems is requiring it, but the only actual use is a game or chat. Getting rid of the cloud based backup of apps that are video based needs to occur.
