    Overlord gems not appearing as reedeemable


    Recently the xbox live rewards twitter account announced that players who had hit overlord status would be able to recoeve 500 gems. Many people in the comments noticed it wasnt working and the rewards team started troubleshooting. They said yesterday that
    it should be working, but after checking it again, my gems still weren't reedemable. They told me to make a post here for assistance and I made sure to check my account one more time for the gems before making this post. If I could get some help with this,
    that would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello NINJA SPARTAN,

    While most activity done before the Gems system had been created (October 1st) is not eligible for Rewarding, due to user feedback we awarded all our Overlord members with Overlord promotion Gems. We will reach out to our web team to see why this perk has
    not yet been sent to your account.

    Regarding Gems per 1000 Gamerscore, you get 2 Gems every 1000 Gamerscore, as stated in the terms and conditions (Xbox Live Rewards).

    i got the gems for being an overlord but none for the other previous tiers

    on the 19th of october it gave me 500 gems for being overlord tier but i was already overlord way way before that so what i am asking is shouldn't i get the previous tiers gems awarded to me as well since i can't go back and get previous achievement tiers
    or get any new ones???

    Missing Gems

    Hello VexxWARE,

    Since Gems were only created in October, activity done before that could not have been awarded Gems before they existed. After user feedback, Overlords prior to October were awarded for completion of that tier. You have 6 Gems from surveys, 10 from the Prospector
    MyChallenge, 100 from the Golden Child MyChallenge, 5 from YOLO Rewards, 500 from Overlord, and the remaining 250 Gems are from your spending.

    The only Reward for Overlord is your Gems Perk, which we see you claimed on the 26th.
