    Thanks for reaching out!I'm sorry to hear about the current issue with a pre-order canceled. Please take a look at the troubleshooting resource
    "Pre-order Xbox One digital games in the Microsoft Store."

    If you don't see the Install option, or if you see a price listed for the purchase, don't purchase the game, as this might result in you being charged again.

    To verify whether the original purchase was successful:

    In a web browser, sign in to your Microsoft account.

    Select Payment & billing, and then select Order history to
    view your purchase history.

    If your original purchase was successful, the transaction will be listed as "Completed." If you see a completed transaction for the game but don't see the option to install it on your console, contact Xbox Support.

    OVERKILL’s The Walking Dead | Xbox

    I received the same message. The game release was postponed. Did some online searching. MS support didnt know about it either, since it appears for PC still to be November.
