    Overheating near hdmi and power supply.


    In a 24h of coping games over wifi my new xbox one x is overheating when playing rocket league. It is lagging very lagging game playing. Cant play normal. All suggestions for xbox place have been confirmed. What is the problem? When i can get 4k uhd pleasure
    game experience? i want to play and have fun but there are only lagging and great picture and gamepad response time. Help me to get funny pleasure!!!

    Sounds like your power supply is overheating.

    Overheating power supply.

    Hello, the last few nights while playing GTA 4 with some buddies my power supply has been overheating. The console will just turn off instantly and when I put my hand on the power supply it is very, very warm to the touch. None of the cooling vents are being
    blocked and it has ample room on all sides for air to reach it. When this happens the light on the PSU turns red (just an FYI). Would you say it's time to order a replacement PSU? Thank you.

    nobody can help me... World of tanks is as old time directx mouse add move glitch in games that repaired by using opengl mode. What wrong is with my console? Have i waste my money? Should i give back my xbox one x to the store?

    Don't use wifi but use network cable should minimise lagging.

    If console overheating, don't put console inside cabinet, put console in the open flat horizontal add 4 rubberfeet at the bottom to rise console to cool better. Or buy a vertical stand to putconsole vertical cooling.

    Rocket league is not X patched yet:

    This is a (plug and play) gaming console, if you want tweaking and faster/higher gaming/graphics go back to PC Masterrace simple.

    iB4dm4n has some good suggestions in their first post, we would also recommend ensuring that the console is plugged into the wall directly and that you do not use any extension cords or surge protectors.

    If you are still running into issues a repair for the console may be needed. You can either reach out to the
    chat team or return to the retailer who you purchased the console from.

    If you want to post some photos of the console's location and power source we may also be able to help troubleshoot!

    Do i need to replace power supply for xbox 360?

    Hi. One thing I'd like to ask, is the power supply's vents covered by any chance? When the power supply's light turns red, it means that it's overheating. If you have the power supply near a wall, covering any of the vents, it then works harder to cool the
    device down.

    Make sure your power supply is in a well ventilated area, the vents unblocked. If it continues to do this even after you've let it cool down and then try it in a ventilated area, then it's probably time to get a repair request set up or buy a new power supply.
