Overheating crash

Why is there no recall on the series x overheating issue I’ve gotten to talk to support and they are telling me I’ve owned my Xbox for to long for the warranty to cover repairs and want me to pay for repairs out of my own pocket which is very poor customer service when it’s a issue with 90% of new consoles and I’ve spent thousands on Xbox consoles and games and they still treat you like garbage and it’s a big slap in the face for all who are stuck with a $650 broken console thats don’t function also screw you on the games you spend 70 bucks on that you can’t play without the system overheating so every game your buying is a big risk because you have no clue of it will work or catch your Xbox on fire because the fans can’t keep the console cool

The air above the fan is always supposed to be very hot. If it doesn't say it's overheating it's not overheating. The game could've just crashed, does the problem continue?

Tried the unplugging. Booted up fine, and then back to the usual crashing. Possible overheating issue?

When do they crash? Is it on boot up or after playing for a while?

The graphical issues suggest overheating or another problem. If you play for a while before the crash it could be overheating so make sure the console has plenty of air flow and check for any dust build up over the vents.

If it crashes/has graphical issues straight away you could have hardware problems that could only be resolved with a service.
