Okay, so your console has two flashing red lights, which usually indicates that your console is too hot and cannot cool down properly. The first thing you’ll want to check is if the area around your console is open and clean, or if it’s cramped and cluttered.

    Optimize your console environment

Take a few minutes to clean the environment around your console. Make sure that nothing is sitting on top of the console, and that the ventilation ports on the console (you know, those little holes that hot air comes out of?) and power supply are unobstructed.
Make sure your console is on a hard, flat surface, too. Do not leave your console on a carpet, rug, or pillow. Lastly, make sure that your console isn’t in direct sunlight, or near a heating vent.

    Allow your console to cool

Turn off your console and leave it off for at least one hour. If you still see two red lights when you turn your console back on, your console will require a repair. You can check your warranty status and set one up at the XBOX Online Service Center. The

If overheating is a problem, you'll first need to
clear out anything that is blocking the Xbox One X's ventilation openings
. This includes all sides of the console, the main cooling fan on the topside, and ensuring you are NOT vertically positioning the console
without a vertical stand. It's also good to keep it free of dust, and to keep it away from other devices that generate heat.

If it continues to overheat, this could be signs of a hardware defect, and it will
need to be sent in to Microsoft for repair.

You also may want to get a can of compressed air and use it on fan vents as well as using your vacuum. This will force any stuck dust out of the fan vents.

It was the disk' apparently sometimes when the code is written to the disc it gets slightly jumble or there's a slight error cause you system to miss read it. Which can cause it to pull to much power and overheat your console.

thanks for trying to help though. gonna lock this thread.

I'm sure, I looked around online and found other people having the same thing happen with different games as well. Went to GameStop they said they'd get me another copy if i bring the receipt. Might do that to see if it fixes this problem. if so i post the
results and just lock the thread.

I'll check my console to be sure it's not that either. Thanks

    Nope.

    .

Do you have your Xbox near an area of successive or persistent heat? Do you have your Xbox in an area that is confined in space? How long do you usually play the game or in general before it "overheats"? Is this your first Xbox or your second/third one?
Have you gotten your Xbox repaired before by M$? Is your fan still working? Have you cleaned and/or dusted your Xbox recently?
