    I have 16 Euro on my Microsoft account but I cant pay for the overdue Game Pass Ultimate subscription. What can i do?

    Overdue balances can only be paid via credit card or Paypal.

    wont let me pay for past due subscription

    I'm not sure why, but overdue payments have to be made with a credit/debit card. Probably because you had a card on your account, as subscription cards wont ever go overdue.

    What you'll have to do is add a new, valid payment option. Pay your overdue balance. Cancel the subscription renewal. Then use your subscription card. Sorry its a headache but as far as I know, there is no other way.
