    Overdue payments trouble


    Hey there, so my Xbox game pass ultimate ran out last night and as I’ve got no money in my account because I’m out of work because of the corona virus, I was just expecting my subscription to just cancel itself but now I’m £32.99 overdue and I can’t
    cancel my subscription obviously if I had the money I’d pay it because I enjoy the game pass but I can’t as I’m out of work, I’m worried about my account being suspended or if the fee rises, is there anything that can be done about this seeming as my subscription
    only ran out last night and it’s not like I’ve been taking advantage of it. Many thanks any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Sorry to hear that. I would recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support. Here is the link to the Billing
    and Subscriptions     page. At the bottom there is a "Contact Us" option. You will want to click and follow those instructions.

    Sorry for your troubles. The first thing to check would be to go to account.microsoft.com/services and check if you have any outstanding payments. Any overdue payment will prevent the purchase of a new subscription. Let us know what you find so we can

    Sorry to hear it. If your card was not charged then your account is currently in an overdue state. You'll need to log in to
    https://account.microsoft.com and add a new payment method (paypal, credit card) and set it as the primary to cover the overdue balance. You will not be able to purchase or add any
    content until this is done.
