    I have an overdue payment on my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and I was wondering how to cancel without having to pay the near 20 dollars. Any ideas?

    I'm not sure why, but overdue payments have to be made with a credit/debit card. Probably because you had a card on your account, as subscription cards wont ever go overdue.

    What you'll have to do is add a new, valid payment option. Pay your overdue balance. Cancel the subscription renewal. Then use your subscription card. Sorry its a headache but as far as I know, there is no other way.

    Hi, you cannot cancel the subscription until you have paid the overdue payment.
