    Clocked that Black Ops 3 with Zombie Chronicles was reduced to £22 (Deal with Gold) but it’s taken £54.99 from my bank, the non deal price, anyone have experience with an issue like this and if they will sort it?

    What if you purchased the game and you were overcharged? Can I be reimbursed for that overcharge so that I am only charged the listed sale price?

    How do i get a refund on in game purchases because the purchase on content didn’t pop up and it still charged my card
