    To check your recently purchased game, please go to Request a refund for digital games | Xbox Support and sign into your account. If your purchase for the game went successfully, you will see that in the page and you may submit a request for refund. Otherwise, if the charges were not successful or shown on the page, please contact live support team to be assisted. They are equip with the tools that could help you with your billing concern:

    1. Please use this link: Contact us | Xbox Support
    2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.

    4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
    5. Select the "Contact Us" button
    6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
