    Overcharged for Alan Wake?


    I was overcharged for a Alan Wake. The price said $4.99 (presumably plus tax) as a GWG sale, and then after the purchase was completed it charged my account $22.59. The download never actually initiated and the price remained at first, which made me skeptical
    that the purchase went through originally. It also neglected to update my account balance, increasing the confusion further. I took a picture during the period after the purchase while the price remained, and another afterwards when it said "Download Again"
    but had never downloaded and with the wrong account balance in the corner. If possible I'd like to be charged the advertised price for the game, or otherwise refunded entirely. Thanks.
