    Overcharged 3x on one purchase


    I made a purchase of R119.15 (Graveyard Drift Quest - Fortnite) dated 25 October 2022 via Xbox, in the Fortnite store.

    After selecting purchase an error came up saying the transaction could not be completed.

    I tried one more time and the transaction was completed and the skin was available.

    I then got a transaction message in my phone, from my bank, alerting me of 4x R115.19 transactions.

    I then submitted the info, including the transaction history from my bank, to Epic Games. Epic games unknowledged the 4x R115.19 deduction on my transaction history but confirmed they only received 1x R115.19.

    They suggested I query the whereabouts of the 3x R115.19 with xbox support.

    Please assist. I were 3x R115.19 overcharged.

    Hi Jospeh,

    I can confirm that in the billing section, I can only see one completed transaction as per the 2nd screenshot. However, in the 1st screenshot you can view the transaction history as per my bank statement. I see one reversal came through last night, since my 1st post.

    I am thus still 2x R115.19 overdrawn on my account.

    I also noticed a difference in the descriptions. Microsoft SA and Microsoft ISO. I suspect the Microsoft ISO is the 2nd attempt which went through and the Microsoft SA the problem here.

    PLEASE READ SALE PRICES NOT RIGHT!

    It was a ONE DAY SALE ONLY. Any purchases made after the sale date would be full price but, Take Miss Kleo's advice if you were overcharged on the day of the sale. Good Luck!!!
