    I sent a few emails to Microsoft account to stop overcharging my subscription of Office 365

    at HK$194/month due I changed package to HK$54/month and your customer's service

    confirmed to instruct account dept. to change my package but nothing have been changed

    and now charging both HK$195 and HK$54 every month

    Please carefully check my account shown below and immediately cancel the one and arrange

    refund of the past overcharged amount

    Thanks for your post and I tried to manage and cancel the previous subscription

    but there exist no subscription I need to cancel

    I believe you can submit a request for a refund if it is within a certain time frame, however the forums would not be the best place to reach out if this fails as it's sensitive information, please contact customer support at this web page: Customer

    PR1NCE, if there is an overcharge then it needs to be made right. The price of an annual Gold membership has not changed from $59.99. If Xbox Support will not fix it, contact your bank.

    It doesn’t seem that Microsoft is getting involved in this. It might not be a Microsoft transaction at all.

    I recommend you get you bank card stopped and report the fraudulent transactions to your bank’s fraud department. If it is through a credit card they should be able to reimburse you.

    I also suggest that you find an alternative method of payment for your Microsoft account. My card details have been compromised twice.
