Over due credits

i have 800 Credits pending thats been there since 1/31/17 and i also spent 100$ on for honor and i want my rewards/ cash in my microsoft account pretty bad thank you

Credits transfer

You were given 60,000 credits due to having a level 50 FM3 driver lever, not because of how many credits you had in your account. Credits are not "transferred" over based on your current credit account in FM3.

 

I try to re-download a games on demand game that I have purchased, BUT it says i have to buy it again.

It asked me to buy the game all over again. what's up with that??

I recently had to change my credit card info due to a replaced credit card.

 

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending or you can request a deposit after you have at least 1,000 pending. If you only have 800 pending, you do not have enough for a deposit yet.

If you preordered For Honor, it would count as a punch on your games on demand punchcard and you would need 2 other eligible games in order to complete the offer and receive the credits. If you purchased it after release date, you would only receive credits
if you are eligible for VIP rebates (you need at least 1 star level). Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.

I can confirm Smwutches' responses. From our FAQ:

What if I want my Rewards Credits, but I don't have 5,000 accumulated?

If you reach 1,000 Rewards Credits or more but don't have the 5,000 Credits needed to automatically trigger a deposit, a 'Request Deposit' button will appear on your MyRewards page. Click the button to request your credits, which will be deposited into your
Microsoft account by the next scheduled deposit date. Check out the progress bar at the top of your MyRewards page to see your Credits progress.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
