    I ordered only 4/4/2020 order for a $1 which was approved by me. The 2 orders on 5/4 and 6/4 were not donated by me and I want the points back. I had sent in request directly to Microsoft's customer service and they told me they were not part of the rewards
    group and they would send it up the chain I got no answer back, so then I called them back and talked to a customer service person and they told me I have to send my complaint in via your rewards website for support with the points. I checked all my subscriptions
    and recurring billing items for my account and could not find were I signed up for recurring monthly pointer to be removed (Stolen) from my account. Now I wish I never gave them a dollar for all this hassle of getting this monthly point remover on the 4th
    day of the month removed from my account and trying not to be forced to donate on 7/4 of next month. If this happened to me how many other Xbox users did you do this to? This issue needs to be taken to upper management to fix these issues. I was disappointed
    with CDC program and if the other users who did not approve the points to be removed from their account should get re-credited for the non-approved lost points.

    Please Forward this up the Microsoft chain for other gamers, who may have not noticed they were over donating reward points to the CDC

    Its 2020 July 1 and the double your 1 dollar event ended how long dose it take for your points to show after event

    Did you turn on give mode? If so it will automatically keep donating your reward points. If it is just the one time of donate $1 and we'll double your donation, thats a one time thing and shouldn't keep taking your points.

    Microsoft Rewards glitch robs me of my points!

    Hello, when it says that Microsoft will match your point donation, it means that they will also donate 1000 points which is 1 dollar to the wildlife foundation that you donated to. It doesn't mean that you get the points. It means that the charity gets them. So you didn't lose 1000 points because it was donated to the wildlife foundation and since Microsoft is matching you, it means they also donated 1 dollar which is 1000 points to the same foundation. Does that make sense?
