    I recently (August 27th) bought Rainbow Six Siege Year 2 Complete Edition, I believe it is called. It was on sale for $54.99 but I was charged the full price. ($99.99) I would like to keep the game, I just want to be refunded the difference. How would I
    go about it or who should I contact about getting a refund?

    I haven't seen it on my console, but if they are still advertising it and it doesn't say anything about it being one day, hopefully they can help. But phone support would be the only ones who could do it.

    I was charged double for a month of x box live. Plus had no money in my account. So each time I was charged a 25.00 fee was added. So I just paid 70.00 for a 10.00 subscription. Please help me fix this

    You would need to contact support
    here     as they are the only ones with access to your billing info & can issue refunds.

    From what I've read, it was only available as a one day sale on Sept. 30. You would have to try calling support to see if they will do anything, but it does state that there are no refunds on everything in the marketplace.

    Hello Jadenjones2707, for this type of issue you need to contact an official agent directly via phone at 18004myxbox(18004699269) so the agent can pull up your account and fix this.

    Hi Natasha,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have issues with charges. It is possible the charges are for multiple accounts. However, no one here on the forums can assist in this issue. You will need to request a call from support to assist you.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
