    Hi. I am being charge 4*10.95 monthly for my sons xbox pass. This has been going on for 18 months. I spoke to someone earlier in year who i believed fixed the charged, but refused to credit me the prior charges. He also refused to let me speak to a supervisor.
    The vitual assistant is no help and my sons accounts says he has two suncriptions not 4, although we only want the game pass. I am at a loss with this and it os quite a bit of money for an individual. I look forward ro hearing from someone. Many thanks. Natasha
    PS: even the compulsory categories below do not help me!

    From what I've read, it was only available as a one day sale on Sept. 30. You would have to try calling support to see if they will do anything, but it does state that there are no refunds on everything in the marketplace.

    I haven't seen it on my console, but if they are still advertising it and it doesn't say anything about it being one day, hopefully they can help. But phone support would be the only ones who could do it.

    Hello Jadenjones2707, for this type of issue you need to contact an official agent directly via phone at 18004myxbox(18004699269) so the agent can pull up your account and fix this.

    Hi Natasha,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have issues with charges. It is possible the charges are for multiple accounts. However, no one here on the forums can assist in this issue. You will need to request a call from support to assist you.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
