Over charged

I was charged double for a month of x box live. Plus had no money in my account. So each time I was charged a 25.00 fee was added. So I just paid 70.00 for a 10.00 subscription. Please help me fix this

I haven't seen it on my console, but if they are still advertising it and it doesn't say anything about it being one day, hopefully they can help. But phone support would be the only ones who could do it.

Hhhhmmmm. i suspect that the fact they are still advertising on the 1/10 that this is a problem they have 2 sort but i will try and phone them anyways
