I am being charged 5.99 a week for Xbox live instead of a month the past 2 years I have been charged over 200 for the year this year...     can anyone help. I am being charged 5.99 a week for Xbox live instead of a month the past 2 years I have been charged over 200 for the year this year it' already over 100 Over charged for Xbox live :( my bank cancelled it but it' still been taken out?

    To heavenlyskies comment -- Yes, I would recommend pre-paid codes as payment methods to anyone; and this is a good deal.

    Cheers Guys the cheapest place i could get a pre paid subscription in England was asda for £29 I got that in the end thank you for the advice.

    Thats what I mean I bought it during the holidays but they over charged me and said that they can give me a refund which they did however if I want to have the 12 months with 33% off I would have to ask on here because customer support can only do refunds.

    its very confusing and xbox does make things easy
