    Over a year, still no rewards deposits!


    I've posted here for many months, and told "we're looking into it" or "there's a problem but we don't have the answer". It has now been over a year since I've had points deposited. My account says I have to reach out, so I am.

    What do I have to do to get you to fix it?

    No rewards deposits for over a year

    Hello Mr Hairs,

    As mentioned in your previous post at (Haven't had a Rewards deposit in over a year), this is not an issue with your user information, but
    a problem with an error on the database. Unfortunately, we have still not received a resolution for this issue from the team working on a fix. Apologies for the inconvenience that this delay is causing.

    No rewards deposits for over a year

    I haven't had a rewards deposit in over a year, despite having over 70,000 points waiting.

    MS periodically email me to tell me they can't deposit because my account 'isn't up to date'. However, my account is definitely 100% up to date and correct.

    I have posted about this many, many times before, but since NOTHING is being done about it there's little I can do beyond posting again.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Over a year, still no rewards deposits!

    i myself havent received 141,850 credits spanning over the last 3 1/2 years. Maybe its time we all get together and file a lawsuit because the forum shows many people are experiencing the same thing. We spend our hard earned money and the little light at
    the end of the tunnel(credits)has deminished. Thats $150 just on my account, i imagine with all the people they are doing it to they should have enough money to get sued!

    Hello Hammrsigpi,

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.
