Over a year and still not fixed

transformers rise of the dark spark boots me to the dashboard everytime my I'm connected to their server with my profile. works fine on my wife's, step-daughter, and friends profile. if i use another xbox one with my profile in have the same results.

2 Years Later, Reward Points Still Don't Deposit

It's been 2 years now and my account is still borked. I have spent thousands with XBOX and reward points are still not being deposited into my account. It took over a year for me to get someone to deposit points into my account when I was over 100k points.
Still no way this will ever get fixed? GT:

I have not used Xbox in over a year and I got it fixed now I get a banned code why

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with the game. Since this began, what steps have you tried?

 

I've wiped my Xbox one completely clean and started over. Deleted my save. Nothing worked.

To check, are you able to play the game while offline without any issues? Does this only occur when trying to play multiplayer?

 

worked fine offline. even got all the campaign achievements. but within 3 minutes of getting on the server it crashes right back to the xbox one home screen.
