Over a week after my communications ban was up i still cant use party chat

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
4. Attempt to use the social features now.

This is suppose to fix the issue where you are unban but still can not communicate

I also got banned for 2 weeks. Then i explained my situation and got this:

At the conclusion of the suspension, all communications privileges (messaging, video communications, in-game and party chat, and Skype on Xbox One) will be automatically restored to this account. Please
keep in mind further instances of this type of behavior may lead to additional enforcement action, up to and including permanent account suspension and console action.

But, im still banned! I still cant use any communication on my xbox! FIX THIS PLEASE!

I got a communication ban on the 7 June then a multiplayer ban on the 8 June finished both bans and nearly a week later I still can't message or party chat

I have the same thing. Had a 2 week communication ban, it was lifted 2 days ago, and I still can not create parties/use voice chat etc.

What's going on?
