Over 7,000 pending credits

I logged into my XBox Live Rewards account today after knowing I was owed some points, and I discovered that I have 7,100 credits pending back from January 1st of this year.

My account has an orange light and says 'temporary delay in Deposits' and also a message saying "Your account needs updating to make a deposit" however when I click through to update my account there is nothing I can do to rectify this.

Can you please look into this for me as there are a number of games being released over the coming months and these credits will help a great deal!

Pending credits

I have over 7,000 credits pending that have been pending since December and have not received them yet. Is there something wrong with my account?

problem With xbox live rewards

We see that you only have 7,000 Credits pending, not 7,000,000. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit.
Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
for the inconvenience.

On the MyRewards section of the Rewards site, Scroll down a little bit and you'll see "My Statement". Underneath that, it will most likely be showing you your pending credits. There's a link underneath the Pending Credits heading that says "View statement".
Change the option to Lifetime Credits Earned and you will see a complete history of all credits you've earned in the Rewards program as well as when any of them were deposited.

The deposit you see on the billing site, would be a deposit of around 7,000 credits.

Per the program's FAQ, 5,000 credits is equal to £3. So 7,000 credits is £4.20

If the 11,000 is your lifetime credits earned, then that's how many total credits you've earned since you joined the program. That number includes credits that are both pending and deposit. So if you have 4,000 pending, that means you've had 7,000 deposited.
Once you have at least 5,000 credits pending (or if you request a deposit before then), your credits are deposited into your Microsoft account balance and converted to currency that you can use to make purchases on the Xbox store. If you do have deposited
credits, your statement on the MyRewards section of the site will list when deposits took place and you can check for those in your account by looking at your returns on http://commerce.microsoft.com
