Over 58,000 worth of Gamerscore is missing!

Hello. I logged into my account this morning and saw that my Gamerscore is short by about, oh, 58 thousand points. I'm supposed to be at over 216,000, but it's currently sitting at 158,000+. I contacted support and they told me to post here because one POSSIBLE
reason is that I violated a code and I got flagged for cheating (which is a complete fabrication, you can't cheat your way to 100% in games like Kings Quest and Life Is Strange, all you have to do in those games is simply play them!). I need to know why I'm
missing so many points and when I can expect them to be added back to my total. I have 77 games completed to 100% on Xbox One, yet a bunch of them are currently showing 0% in my achievement app. Please someone get back to me asap and help me figure this out.

Your Gamerscore is showing as 216881 when I look at your profile.

It does sound like you have had a gamerscore reset. You should log into the enforcement team website and see if you can submit a case review. http://enforcement.xbox.com/home

Sorry but that's the only option if you want to start over with your gamerscore. Hardly worth losing your gold membership for the sake of wiping your gamerscore in my opinion.

My gamerscore corrected itself today. It didn't happen "over night" though, it happened upon unlocking another achievement in the game that my gamerscore was probably missing the achievement from.
