    Over 2 weeks can't join live rewards still!!! Help


    I have had my Xbox one and my account for over a week now but I still get the same message that I don't have a Xbox live account yet, and if it's a new account to wait 48 hours or whatever. I'm signed in and do have a Xbox live account(over 120 hours) with
    this email, so why does It keep saying this???

    I'm in Canada and my Xbox gamertag is

    this is getting really frustrating and I'm ready to just give up on Xbox I'm having way to many issues with Xbox always freezing with downloaded games and with setting up live rewards if you can help me figure this out it would be much appreciated

    I can't sign up.

    I live in England and am over 13 but when ever I try to sign up it logs me out and says:
    Unfortunately, you can't join Xbox Live Rewards at the moment. It's strictly because you need an Xbox Live account to join Xbox Live Rewards. Just follow these simple steps:

    Step 1: Connect to your Xbox One or Xbox 360

    Step 2: Join Xbox Live*

    Step 3: Come back and sign up for Xbox Live Rewards

    If you have already taken the steps listed, please try again soon.

    *After you create an Xbox Live account, it can take up to 96 hours for you to be able to join Xbox Live Rewards. If it has been over 96 hours and you still see this message, please contact Xbox
    Live Rewards support using one of the methods here

    I have an Xbox live Gold yearly subscription and my account is way, way older than 96 hours.
    Can anyone help?

    It takes us 96 hours to receive and process new information. We see that your account was rejected due to having an invalid email, so your account information had not reached us yet. We see that you now have a registration currently pending for our program,
    as stated on your MyDashboard (Xbox Live Rewards).

    It takes us 96 hours to receive and process new information. We see that your account was rejected due to having an invalid email, so your account information had not reached us yet. We see that you now have a registration currently pending for our program,

    Subscribed To Xbox Gold But Cannot Get Free Gold Games

    It is showing up in the commerce/billing page of my account as Xbox Live Gold subscription but still no luck. I will give it more time as you suggested.

    The issue with the live rewards was a weird one. I originally joined Xbox rewards in the US region by accident even though my account was Canadian. They told me leave the rewards program and rejoin after 48 hours. Unfortunately, it's been over a week and
    I still can't rejoin. I click to join and it just keeps taking me to the join page again in a vicious cycle. Support is looking into it as part of another thread/post I have on here as well.

    Thanks for the suggestions though, appreciate it.

    If you've joined xbox Live only one month ago, it is possible that they still have to set up your account to be able to join Rewards, try to wait a couple of days or a week and retry.

    Hi FASTGUNNER: I can get you answers for #2 and #3. Your #1 wasn't an Xbox LIVE Rewards promotion, but I can move your post over to the right Forum so you can get an answer on that.

    #2: Unfortunately, the adidas Superstar Track Suit VIP award is no longer available. The VIP Exclusives expire one year after awarding and that's been well over a year. Apologies that I don't have better news on that one. If you see any other VIP Rewards
    on your account that you didn't receive, please let us know right away.

    #3: If you had Netflix prior to joining Xbox LIVE Rewards, you can't qualify for that award. I'm sorry again for the bad news! The good news is that when you renew your Xbox LIVE Gold membership, you will qualify for the Reward.
