Over 10k Credits but no option for early deposit

Hello,

I have just over 10,000 Rewards credits right now showing under "MyCredits" for my account. Per the FAQ "Once you accumulate 5,000 Credits or more, they will be converted into your country's local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account." and
"If you reach 1,000 Rewards Credits or more but don't have the 5,000 Credits needed to automatically trigger a deposit, a 'Request Deposit' button will appear on your MyRewards page. Click the button to request your credits," those tell me that I should be
able to request an early deposit of my credits as cash in my Microsoft account. However I don't see a "Request Deposit" button or any other means to transfer those points into cash. How can I make that happen prior to the 30th of the month? I just acquired
these points on the 15th of this month and I'd like to not have to wait two weeks to use them.

Rewards not depositing

Hello I've had this issue for a few weeks and it's driving me crazy my rewards will not deposit. I used my vip gems to get 10k credits last month. I have had 14k credits sitting in my account for a few weeks now. The 30th of last month and the 15th of this
month has passed and still no deposit and there's no option for a manual Deposit.

 

Question regarding my xbox live rewards balance

Hello I used myvip rewards to receive 10k credits for the xbox live rewards and my balance has been sitting at 14k for quite awhile its well past the 30th and I have yet to receive my credits I also have no option to do a manual
deposit. Any clue when I can expect a deposit ?

 

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. There is no way to have to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

As you mention, as it states in the FAQ, if you have between 1,000 and 5,000 Credits, you can request a scheduled deposit. Since you are above 5,000 Credits, you have already been scheduled for a deposit, so the request deposit button has been removed. There
is no way to deposit outside of the scheduled mid-month and end of month deposit cycles.
