Infelizmente a grande maioria das respostas aqui no forum são emitidas inglês não atendendo a linguá nativa, o que não é adequado para você que faz seu questionamento em português. Não faz sentido esse tipo de tratamento.

Eu sou brasileiro e sei muito bem o que é PROCON. Acredito que pessoas foram do Brasil desconheçam o órgão. E eu concordo contigo deve mesmo fazer valer seus direitos caso não encontre solução amigável.

I am Brazilian and I know very well what Procon is. I believe that people from Brazil are unaware of the organ. And I agree with you should really enforce your rights if you don't find a friendly solution.
