    Playing on XboxSX.

    So right now the only thing I'm seeing is that the known issue has to do with the downloadable content equipment. But I do not have that I'm playing off of game pass. I'm constantly I'm being crashed back to my Xbox home page and like I said it has nothing to do with the downloadable content equipment. I'm at the end game and it's like every time I open up my menu for my inventory I'm constantly crashing. At first it was happening playing multiplayer and it was not cross play. Now it's all the time for everything. I don't know if this is a developer issue or Xbox issue but I'm not seeing anything from developers on Twitter.

    I just received that issue yesterday. Now, Outriders is giving me an error saying "Easy Anti-Cheat is not installed." Every solution online has not worked, hopefully someone will know what to do.

    Hello, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

    Launch the game, when it gets stuck on "Start Game", Click on Alt tab to minimise it then go to the Xbox app and launch the game again. It should open up another separate Outriders window. which will make the first window proceed past the ‘Start Game’. You can then close the second window and play the game on the first one.

    To request a refund on the game, please access http://xbox.com/refunds and sign in with the account and then select "Request a refund for a digital purchase" after that, manually check the orders for purchase and Choose the reason the most suitable for your request.

    The refund department takes up to 72 hours to respond and the money takes three to 5 business days to go back to the account. I wish you a lovely day, and I hope this helps you out!
