    My console (XBOX 360 S 250GB) broke cause it was freezing while playing and at the end i couldnt even start it up and i could send it to repair just before my warranty expired. And when i get it back and just a week after it start to happen the same problem,
    the console was freezing while playing, i didnt consider it like a major problem cause it was happening from time to time. But now and just 4 months after getting it back and barely playing with it im at the same point, the xbox is broken and when i talked
    to the customer service the tell me than the cant do nothing cause my warranty expired, i would like to find a solution rahter than send it again for 60 pounds a recieve another piece of crap like the last time but i dont know to who talk or what to do.

  2. Thank god I have internet again so I can watch Xbox Next-Gen tomorrow!

    Virgin media customer service is outrageous they really need to employ people who can speak clear English and not some South Asian puppet who is getting paid next to nothing.

    It shows its still a preorder...they should be able to cancel the preorder for you. You should not have been charged. A hold would have been placed on the card.

    I am sorry to hear about the console issues and any inconveniences it may have caused. In order for us to provide support for your console, please provide the details of the console issue and any troubleshooting steps you have taken. We would just like to
    make sure that all troubleshooting methods have been exhausted in order to try to get this issue sorted. Unfortunately if your console is out of warranty then the only method for replacement would require a repair fee.

    We will be waiting to hear from you to see if we can provide any additional troubleshooting steps.
