Output Chat to Headset AND Speakers

From IGN:

Other updates will allow players to include party chat in a Twitch broadcast,
output party chat to both headset and speakers simultaneously, and enable 16-person party chat.

I've read that this is possible with the recent (March 2016) update, but I cannot for the life of me figure it out.

I want to be able to put the chat through my headset and TV speakers simultaneously. Are there any instructions on how to do this?

Hi there, Prawny77!

If you would like to enable party chat to come through both the headset and the speakers, then you can enable this settings by navigating to the settings on your console > display & sound > volume > party chat & output > headset
& speakers.

You'll have to enable chat output to be both headset and speakers. To do so, go to Settings -> Display and Sound -> Volume. In the Party Chat Output select the option of Headset and Speakers.

Make sure you have Party Chat output set to Headset & speakers.

Go to Settings > Volume & audio output >
Party chat output > Set to Headset & speakers

I Hear All

This is the response "No option for Audio to be played on the speakers with the chat headset connected whilst leaving the chat microphone in use. No way to route the output audio to an external speaker system."

And that it may be included in the future.
