outlook junk email no longer working

has he checked all his email inboxes?

in Outlook there are 3 inboxes; Focused, Other and Junk.

Focused is opened by default so it could be in Other or Junk

Two questions are you using an outlook email or third party

If third party np

If.outlook emails system.msgs won't goto.your junk mail

Thanks for letting us know. If you do change your email from their outlook email. We recommend to NOT REMOVE outlook email. If you remove it from the account totally, this deletes the email. So if they use it for anything else like work
they will not be able to any longer. Leave it on the account as a secondary email.

Thank you. You could try checking your outlook inbox/junk/deleted emails folder. Usually, when security changes are made to a Microsoft account, you will be notified about this.
