Outlook account was recently hacked and I cant sign in.

I have tried resetting the password but I don’t have access to the recovery cellphone number anymore. The next step is to verify the account online via a couple of questions pertaining to my account but the onLy response I get from Microsoft is that the can’t verify the account belongs to me. I have an active subscription on my account plus numerous games that I have spent a lot of money on and would therefore like to know what I can do to get my account back

Of course I remember the email, problem is, the person who hacked it transferred the Minecraft account to their email, then deleted MY outlook account.

Ok i got to the persons xbox live account and this is the persons account who hacked me. I cant sign in to sirpepperco anymore now.

This is typical of microsoft, the account management is really poor.

I've hit problems with skype and ms account linking, outlook, msdn subscriptions ...

Microsoft just cant manage single sign on!
