Outlast achievements won't unlock

I've just finished the game yesterday but only two of the achievements are unlocked, I haven't received the achievement "Punished" for completing the game and is the same case with other story achievements. I checked
with other games and I was able to unlock achievements in them without problems, it's only Outlast causing trouble.

I've already tried to restart the console, and my connection to Xbox live is ok.

As its been reported over the course of the afternoon/night, there's an outage with achievements on Xbox tracking. Try and reach out to the support for Outlast at RedBarrels to let them know. https://redbarrelsgames.com/contact/

Xbox are aware of this issue and will be doing everything they can to help you catch up with your achievements

Achievements can be delayed. I had a friend that got his 7 weeks after the fact. It will appear eventually.

Hiya!!

Apparently XBOX servers are having some issues right now with various areas. I'm sure that Microsoft is fully aware of the situation and are working on a resolution to correct the problem..
