outer worlds won't load

I updated windows 10, downloaded the installer and downloaded the game (The Outer Worlds). Everything seemed to go okay until I tried to launch the game. A window popped up instead that states "The global shader cache file 'C:/Program Files/WindowsApps/PrivateDivision.TheOuterWorldsWindows10_1.2.418.0_x64_hv3d7yfbgr2rp/Engine//GlobalShaderCache-PCD3D_SM4bin'
is missing.

The message goes on to say "your application is built to load COOKED content. No COOKED content was found: This usually means you did not cook content for this build. It also may indicate missing cooked data for a shader platform (e.g.,OpenGL under Windows):
Make sure your platform's packaging settings include this Targeted RHI.

Alternatively build and run the UNCOOKED version instead."

That is all it says. It took several hours to download so I would rather not download the game again if it is not necessary.

I would appreciate some help with this. I know it is beta so this may not be unusual.

Please tell us your hardware specs please?

I suspect your PC does not meet the minimum requirements.

Thanks to Everybody for the help. I found out some additional info on the Intel forum. The GPU is on board the CPU and Intel does not have a driver for the i5 650 processor that works with Windows 10. The processor is using the default Microsoft driver which
apparently doesn't support the built in GPU as it always shows 0% usage in Task Manager.

An i5 650 is a pretty old dual core processor circa 2010, it does not meet the minimum requirements of an Intel Core i3-3225.

Regardless of your GPU - which you didn't state - I'm afraid you won't be able to play this on that PC.
