Discus and support Outer Worlds will not run due to age restriction error in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I can't run Outer worlds on PC from Gamepass.     Outer Worlds will not run due to age restriction error


    I can't run Outer worlds on PC from Gamepass. It says I need permission to access age restricted content but in my MS account I am clearly old enough to play and I have access to other age restricted games. Is this a common issue and can it be fixed?

    I am having the same issue also. Tried reinstalling, signing out/in, resetting the xbox app, nada. I'm the family organiser, and has always been an adult account.

    I am the owner of the organiser/adult account. I can access other age restricted games no problem. Its just The Outer Worlds I'm having the problem with.

    If you're an adult, simply sign out on your Xbox App then sign back in before re-launching or installing the game.
